Louis Basilone was born 1977 in New York's Bronx borough and has photographed since the ninth grade. Louis has been passionate about art since childhood. He has found inspiration from his family and personal struggles.

Louis creates unedited semi abstract photography collections and designs a spiritual experience involving the initiation, progress and consummation of regeneration. Louis applies a subconscious sensibility by experimenting with the camera and environment. He finds the work to sequence itself instinctively. It is almost as if the pictures were preordained to exist. Continuity is displayed by employing a gradual transition between Christ's crucifixion and joyous illumination in Sympathetic Vibrations.  The experience of absolute dissolution and the presence of light are brought forth as themes in the majority of his works. The photos portray a spiritual willingness preparation and virtue which are qualifications for the immediacy and availability of God. The photographers pursuance of form in theses series are intense and vivid.
